Functions:

How to Install:
1. Just Drag & Drop the folder `uf_speedometer` somewhere into your `resources` path
2. Add `ensure uf_speedometer` to your **server.cfg**
3. Restart Server or execute `ensure uf_speedometer` in your Console and your`e Ready to use
